Synopsis
The C-type temperature fuse structure is divided into square shell type and porcelain tube type, and its working principle is the same. Principle: the two pins of the temperature fuse are connected with a fusible gold wire, and the fusible gold wire is covered with a special resin. Current can flow from one pin to another. When the temperature around the temperature fuse rises to its working temperature, the molten alloy is easy to melt, and with the help of surface tension and special resin, it shrinks into a spherical shape and attaches to the ends of the two pins. In this way, the circuit will be permanently cut off.
