Composite membrane pressed carbon plate is a composite material plate made of carbon fiber cloth, epoxy resin, and membrane pressing technology. It has the characteristics of lightweight, high strength, and corrosion resistance, and is widely used in fields such as aerospace, automotive manufacturing, sports equipment, and so on. The preparation process of composite membrane carbon plate mainly includes the following steps: 1 Carbon fiber cloth pretreatment: Clean, dry, and surface treat the carbon fiber cloth to improve its adhesion and surface quality. 2. Epoxy resin coating: Apply epoxy resin to the surface of carbon fiber cloth to fully penetrate and soak it. 3. Membrane pressure: Place carbon fiber cloth coated with epoxy resin in the mold, and then cover it with a special layer of membrane material. Next, by heating and pressing, the epoxy resin is cured at high temperatures, while compacting the carbon fiber cloth and membrane material to form a composite membrane carbon plate. 4. Post treatment: After membrane pressing, the composite membrane pressed carbon plate needs to undergo post treatment, including edge trimming, polishing, cleaning, and other processes to obtain the final product. Composite film compressed carbon plates have excellent mechanical properties and appearance quality, and are widely used in aircraft structures in the aerospace field, body components in automotive manufacturing, high-performance sports equipment in the sports equipment field, and so on.
