Inductive electromagnetic pump is a pump in which the current-carrying fluid in the magnetic field flows in a certain direction under the action of the magnetic field. After the inductor winding is energized, a traveling wave magnetic field is generated that interacts with the liquid metal in the pump trench to generate an induced current.
The liquid metal in the pump trench becomes a current-carrying conductor, which interacts with the traveling magnetic field to generate electromagnetic force to drive the flow of the metal solution. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high performance, high efficiency, high reliability, can replace existing technology, and is relatively easy to carry out technical transformation of existing equipment. Generally used in scrap aluminum recycling, metal purification and pickling, metallurgical casting, and chemical industries.
