Synopsis
Rare earth molecular sieve is a light yellow powder. Soluble in strong acids and bases. Insoluble in water and organic solvents. High activity. Good choice. Low coking tendency. After mixing water glass, sodium metaaluminate and sodium hydroxide according to a certain molar ratio, add dilute sulfuric acid under stirring, then add the orientation agent, crystallize, filter, wash, and add chloride of rare earth elements for ion exchange (exchange rate 70%), washed (until there is no chloride ion), dried, added with silica sol, kneaded and granulated, and activated by burning. Mainly used as petroleum catalytic cracking reaction catalyst.
