Rainfall sensor does not change the speed of the wiper with a few limited gears, but adjusts the speed of the wiper steplessly. It has a light-emitting secondary tube called LED, which transmits far-infrared rays. When the glass surface is dry, the light is reflected back almost 100% so that the photoelectric secondary tube can receive a lot of reflected light. The more rain on the glass, the less light reflected back. As a result, the faster the wiper moves.
