The supersonic flame spraying system is a technology that uses high-speed combustion flame to spray materials, accelerates the spray particles to supersonic speed through a supersonic nozzle, and forms a coating on the sprayed surface. It combines the principles and characteristics of flame spraying and supersonic spraying. HVOF systems work by burning fuel in a burner to create a high-temperature, high-velocity flame. These high-velocity spray particles form a strong coating when they interact with the surface being sprayed.
