Synopsis
The production process of lithium batteries covers three stages: the first stage is to process the raw material into electrodes and the core process is coating. The purpose of the pre-process is to process the raw material into electrodes, with the core process being coating; the purpose of the mid-process is to process the electrodes into inactive cells, with forming and dividing being the core processes in the post-process.
The latter part of the process is divided into two main stages: post-treatment and PACK. The post-processing of Li-ion battery is to activate, test and determine the quality of the cores after they are completed, which includes forming, dividing and sorting of the cores.
