When semiconductor metal oxides adsorb oxygen, the resistivity will increase significantly. When hydrogen and other reducing gases reduce oxygen in the metal oxide chemisorption layer, the resistivity will change accordingly. The hydrogen gas concentration can be detected by detecting the change in resistance. MEMS hydrogen sensor is processed by MEMS technology, which discards the tedious manual links in the traditional sensor production process, and greatly improves the consistency and production efficiency of the sensor.
