Pre and Post Vacuum Vacuum Autoclave is a device for autoclaving in a laboratory environment. It uses high-temperature, high-pressure steam and vacuum technology to sterilize laboratory instruments, media, cultures, etc. to ensure sterile conditions and reliability.

Front and rear vacuum autoclaves work by introducing a vacuum step into the sterilization process. It is usually divided into the following stages:

1. Pre-vacuum: Before the sterilization starts, the equipment creates a vacuum environment by extracting air. This helps to remove air, air bubbles and other gases from the container to ensure that the steam reaches the surface of the item to be sterilized.

2. Steam pressure: Once the pre-vacuum step is completed, the equipment will introduce high-pressure steam to increase the temperature and pressure of the entire sterilization chamber to kill or remove microorganisms and other sources of contamination.

3. Post-vacuum: After the pressurized steam sterilization process, the equipment will create a vacuum environment again. This vacuum step helps to remove residual vapors and gases from the sterilization chamber and further facilitates drying of item surfaces.

By combining pre-vacuum and post-vacuum steps, front-rear vacuum autoclaves can provide a more thorough sterilization effect, reduce the presence of air and air bubbles, and ensure that the steam can fully contact all surfaces of the item to be sterilized.
