Pressure swing adsorption and membrane separation are two common biogas purification technologies that can purify and purify biogas through equipment.

Pressure swing adsorption biogas purification equipment:

Working principle: Pressure swing adsorption is a technology based on the selective adsorption capacity of adsorbents for specific gases. This method separates target gases from mixed gases through adsorption and desorption at different pressures.

Equipment composition: A typical pressure swing adsorption system includes an adsorption tower, adsorbent, compressor, valves and control system. The adsorption tower is equipped with an adsorbent. When the biogas passes through the adsorption tower, specific components will be adsorbed, and then the adsorbent is regenerated and the target gas is desorbed by changing the pressure.

Application: Pressure swing adsorption is often used to remove impurities such as carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and moisture in biogas to improve the quality of biogas.

Membrane separation biogas purification equipment:

Working principle: Membrane separation is a process of gas separation through the selective permeability of a semipermeable membrane. Different gases have different permeation rates on the membrane, thereby achieving the removal of impurities in biogas.

Equipment composition: Membrane separation equipment usually consists of membrane modules, pressure equipment, flow control systems and monitoring systems. The membrane module contains a semipermeable membrane. When biogas passes through the membrane module, the target gas can pass through the membrane and impurities are blocked.

Application: Membrane separation is widely used to remove carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and moisture from biogas. It has the advantages of simple operation, low energy consumption, and compact equipment structure.
